Order Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding U.S. holidays. We’ll send an email when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping
Standard delivery within the United States generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays or severe weather.
Tracking
If tracking is available, it will be included in your dispatch email. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s first scan to appear.
Returns
Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please contact us promptly with your order details and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and explain the available resolution.
